This process is supported by the reliable services of POSTNL and DPD, allowing you to return your products easily and free of charge. Simply start by completing our online returns form. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will ensure that you get your money back within 14 days. This applies to all our products, from small decorative items to larger pieces of furniture.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 21 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have 14 days to return the product. The full order amount including shipping costs will then be credited to you.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we request that you return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. We therefore recommend that you handle the product with care and package it well when returning it.
