Warranty and Complaints
Guarantee
At Kijk Kies Koop BV we attach great importance to the quality of our products and we strive to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport or that you experience another problem that is covered by the warranty. In accordance with European legislation, you are covered by a two-year warranty from the moment of delivery for any non-conformity issue. Depending on Dutch legislation, additional warranty conditions may apply.
If you discover a defect or problem with the product, we request that you contact us within a reasonable time, ideally within two months. Depending on the circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable. If you inform us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement of the product.

If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation at WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil .
In addition, from February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU will have the option to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . You can submit your complaint on this EU platform if it is not already being processed elsewhere.
