Hi Milk Pot Double Walled 1.2 L Stainless Steel

The double-walled pot from HI is perfect if you want to use the bain-marie method to prepare a special recipe or to heat up some food.

To use this double pan, fill the bottom pan with an inch or two of water. Then add the desired composition to the top pan and turn on your hob. As the water heats and steam is released, the steam is trapped between the two pans. This then heats the food in the top pan.

The HI bain-marie pot is made of stainless steel and has a kettle function. It's perfect for melting the chocolate you want to add to a birthday cake!
